A raid is a great experience allods gold even if you happen to be in a disorganized one, and everyone should try it at least once just because of that. If you do find yourself in a free for all raids, keep these things in mind:
Find a good healer or better yet group of healers and agree to protect them in exchange for healing, and then stick to it. You’re much more likely to survive that way.
Identify targets that will be a threat to the group if they escape your sight. Do whatever you can to get rid of these, and then let people know what’s happening if they escape.
If you’ve been in an area for a few minutes and low level characters are continually charging you, you can bet that higher level help is coming and they are trying to weaken you and hold you off until then. Ignore distractions, don’t fight unless you have to, and watch out for adds.
Keep your eye on the goal of the raid. If you’re trying to kill the leader of a race, focus on getting there and completing that, not on the level 14 fish vendor down the street. The more time you waste, the less chance you have of reaching your goal.
