Winter spring (55-60): Winter spring can be reached by going through a tunnel in the northern tip of Felwood. The tunnel is filled with enemies, but you can fight your way through or run it pretty easily.

You can find Donova with some quests south of the tunnel exit (and you may need her for quest turnins like Linken’s quests. Follow the road to the east to get to ever look, a neutral outpost with flight paths for both factions. This zone has a lot of quests for this level range.

Burning Steppes (50-58): Very few quests that do not take place in Blackrock Depths or Spire, it’s a good zone for farming thorium, dark iron ore and soul shards though. (Imp groups).
